To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused with tags intact, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The conditions remain the same — the item must be unworn or unused with tags, in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to complete the refund.
