Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days within India.
Metro cities may receive orders sooner, while remote areas may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
For orders below ₹500, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional charge.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link sent via email or SMS.
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship across India only.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or courier issues, we will notify you via email.
If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
